We assist families with placements for maternity nurses, full-time nannies, after-school nannies and holiday nannies. Each search is customized and tailored to the needs and expectations of the families. This allows us to meticulously select the nannies we present, after they have successfully completed interviews with our agency (approximately 5% of the received applications are retained). These placements can be made for either short or long-term engagements, within France or abroad. Our recruitment process is carried out with respect and transparency. All candidates are personally interviewed by us. During our selection, candidates must meet the following criteria :

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience (3 years for an after-school nanny)

● Background checked with at least 3 professional references

● A complete nanny file (ID, criminal record, visa/passport, diplomas, etc.)

● The candidate placed must have a visa/work permit at the location of the position

 

A trial before hiring is possible at the request of the family and subject to the availability of the

nanny.
