The Family

A warm and welcoming private family based in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Paris is seeking a caring, mature and reliable live-in nanny to support their two children, aged 6 and 10.

The Children

The younger child is bright, lively, particularly energetic and has a strong personality; the older child is more independent but still benefits from support with homework and the evening routine.

The Role

The nanny will collect the children from school, supervise homework (particularly the younger child's CP work), prepare snacks and simple healthy meals, and oversee baths, dinner and bedtime.

Child-Related Support

The position is dedicated to the children and does not include general housekeeping, though the nanny keeps their rooms and belongings tidy. Occasional babysitting in the evenings or at weekends may be requested and paid separately.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing and emotionally mature. Previous professional childcare experience with school-age children is strongly preferred.

Languages & Practical Details

Fluent French is essential. English and/or Spanish would be appreciated. Private accommodation and meals are provided. Approximately 25 hours/week, Monday to Friday, generally 3:30pm–8:30pm. Salary: 1,200€ net/month. Start: ASAP.
