We are a placement agency specializing in high-end bilingual nannies . You call us, we discuss your needs, and we take care of everything: sourcing, selection, reference checks , and candidate presentations. We support you from the initial contact until the nanny starts her position , and we remain available afterward.

How much does it cost to place a nanny?

It depends on the type of position. For part-time work , our packages start at €1,300 . For full-time work , the fees are 15% of the net annual salary in France (17% internationally). For temporary placements , expect to pay €300 per week in France. In all cases, a file opening fee applies.

How long does it take to find a nanny?

Generally, a standard placement takes between 2 and 5 weeks . For a maternity nurse , it's best to contact us as early as the second trimester of pregnancy : the most sought-after profiles are booked early.

How do you select the candidates?

Each candidate undergoes an individual interview with our team. We verify their experience ( minimum 5 years ), references ( at least 3, all of whom are contacted ), criminal record , and administrative documents. Approximately 5% of applications pass our screening process.

Do you operate abroad?

Yes, it's actually one of our strengths. We place nannies in more than 15 countries : the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, among others. Every candidate placed internationally has a valid visa or work permit .

What happens if the nanny is not suitable?

All our plans include a replacement guarantee . Depending on the plan chosen, we will replace the item within 3 to 5 weeks, at no extra cost . Our goal is for it to last.

Can the nanny stay with us?

Absolutely. This is called the live-in arrangement: the nanny lives in the family's home, in a dedicated space. This is common for full-time or rotating positions. The salary is adjusted accordingly.

What languages do your nannies speak?

Most are English-speaking, either native or fully bilingual . Spanish-speaking, German-speaking, Italian-speaking, or Chinese-speaking nannies are also placed, depending on the needs of each family.

Do you offer a nanny for the holidays?

Yes, that's our Travel Nanny service. The nanny accompanies your family to your holiday destination, in France or elsewhere, for a few days or several weeks. Her accommodation, transport, and meals are at your expense.
