The Family

A highly private UHNW family based in the prestigious 16th arrondissement is seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Governess to become a discreet, dependable and autonomous member of their household team. Dedicated childcare support is already in place, so this role is centred on household organisation, not primary childcare.

The Purpose of the Role

The family is looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of the household's day-to-day organisation and anticipate needs before they become requests.

Household Management

Responsibilities include maintaining the property to a high standard, managing laundry and clothing care, wardrobes, ironing and household linen, and organising purchasing and replenishment.

Service & Family Support

The role also includes setting and clearing the table and preparing simple meals when required. Cooking skills are appreciated but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate

The family is seeking an established private-residence professional with approximately 5–7+ years of relevant experience. Au pair-only experience is not sufficient. Excellent references and absolute discretion are essential.

Languages & Practical Details

Native French or fully bilingual French, or native/fully bilingual English. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm and 4:00–8:30pm. Live-in or live-out. Salary: 3,000–3,500€ net/month plus 50% transport reimbursement.
