French or English Full time Nanny (Monday to Thursday)| Tournai, Belgium

A lovely family based in the Tournai area is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.

The family currently has a young child and is expecting twins in June 2026. They are looking for a warm, professional and highly organised nanny who can confidently support the evolving needs of a growing family whilst providing exceptional care and developmental guidance to all three children.

The parents are kind, respectful and highly communicative professionals who value discretion, trust and a positive working relationship. They are looking for a nanny who will become a stable and trusted presence in their children's lives for years to come.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced childcare professional with a genuine passion for early years development and a natural ability to manage the needs of multiple young children.

Previous experience caring for twins would be highly valued. Equally, candidates with a strong nursery, daycare or early years background, particularly those accustomed to caring for groups of babies and young children, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

The nanny will assume responsibility for all childcare-related duties, ensuring the children's wellbeing, development and daily routines are maintained to the highest standard.

The role will involve supporting the transition to life with newborn twins whilst continuing to provide individual attention and age-appropriate stimulation to the older child.

The successful candidate will be expected to create a structured, nurturing and enriching environment where the children can thrive.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday

• Additional overnight support may occasionally be required, particularly during the newborn stage

• Overnight shifts will be compensated separately in addition to the monthly salary

• Occasional travel with the family may be required

Package

• 3,500–3,800€ net per month, depending on experience

• Additional compensation for overnight support
